1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, profile image, preferences, responses, and content submitted through a NestLabs experience.

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive only the account information you authorize that provider to share, commonly your name, email address, unique account identifier, and profile image. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.

We may also collect technical and usage information such as device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, access times, interactions, and diagnostic data.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; provide, personalize, secure, and improve NestLabs; understand participation and performance; communicate service messages; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

Subject to applicable law and your communication choices, we may also use information to promote NestLabs and New Era Society events, experiences, products, and other interests.

3. Sharing and sale

Information is for the internal use of NestLabs and New Era Society. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share the minimum information necessary with service providers that support hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, or security, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization where legally permitted.

4. Data retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to maintain legitimate business records, and to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Your choices and data deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing omarojocs@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request. You may also disconnect Google or Apple access through the settings of the relevant provider.

6. Children, international users, and changes

NestLabs is not directed to children under the age permitted to use online services in their jurisdiction. If an experience is associated with an age-restricted venue, applicable venue rules also apply.

Information may be processed in Mexico or other countries where our providers operate. We may update this Policy periodically and will post the revised date on this page.
