Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. Where a NestLabs experience takes place at an age-restricted venue, you must meet that venue's entry requirements.

You may sign in through Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for activity under it. Information provided must be accurate, and you must notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

You may use NestLabs only for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service; bypass access or security controls; scrape or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits; impersonate others; upload malicious code; harass others; or use an experience in a dangerous, fraudulent, or unlawful way.

3. Experiences and venue rules

Interactive features may react to participant inputs, venue conditions, availability, or third-party technology. Follow all posted instructions and staff directions. Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for judging whether an experience is appropriate for you.

Features may change, pause, or end without notice. Access to NestLabs does not guarantee admission to NEST or any event.

4. Content and intellectual property

NestLabs, its software, visual systems, marks, content, and experiences are owned by or licensed to New Era Society and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant NestLabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and use that content to operate, improve, and promote NestLabs and the interests of New Era Society, subject to applicable privacy law.

5. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By choosing promotional communications, you agree to receive them; you may opt out through the message instructions, while still receiving essential service communications.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

NestLabs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Era Society and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of NestLabs. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Suspension, changes, and governing law

We may suspend or terminate access when these Terms are violated or where needed to protect users, the service, or others. We may revise these Terms and will post the updated date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Tamaulipas, Mexico, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
